Latika Beauty Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love every product you receive from Latika. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help, within the guidelines below.

Return Window

Returns are accepted within 30 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging

  • Must include proof of purchase (such as your order number)

We cannot accept returns on opened, used, or tampered products due to the nature of personal care items.

Final Sale Items

Products from specific collections are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. This will be clearly noted on the product page.

How to Start a Return

Latika offers self-serve returns through your customer account. You can submit a return request online if your item meets the eligibility criteria.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We do not charge restocking fees.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please submit a return request and place a new order.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your item arrived damaged or you received the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery via our Contact Page, including your order number and a photo. We will make it right.

EU Customers

If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period. You may return your order within 14 days for any reason, provided the items are unopened and in original condition.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

If it has been more than 15 business days since your return was approved and you have not received your refund, please contact us.
