Some items in our store may be available as a subscription, pre-order, or try-before-you-buy option. This policy outlines how you can change or cancel these types of purchases.
Subscriptions
When you purchase a subscription, you will receive recurring deliveries based on the frequency and duration you select at checkout.

Your payment details are stored securely and will be charged for each delivery unless you have chosen to prepay.

Some subscriptions may auto-renew at the end of the selected term. If you do not wish to renew, you can cancel the subscription at any time before the renewal date.

You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time by using the link provided in your order confirmation email or by logging in to your account.

Pre-orders
When you place a pre-order, you are purchasing a product that is not yet in stock but expected to ship soon.

Depending on the product, we may collect no payment, a deposit, or full payment at the time of checkout.

Your payment method may be stored securely and charged automatically once the item is ready to ship.

You may cancel a pre-order at any time before it has been fulfilled. Once the order is fulfilled, it cannot be canceled, but you may request a return if the item qualifies under our Return Policy.
Try Before You Buy
For eligible items, we offer a try-before-you-buy option. Your payment method will be authorized at checkout, but the charge will not be processed immediately.

Once the item ships, you will have a defined trial period to decide whether to keep it.

If the item is not returned within the trial period, your payment method will be automatically charged the full amount.

If you choose to return the item, it must meet the conditions outlined in our Return Policy.
