Latika Beauty Shipping Policy

We’re excited to deliver self-care straight to your door. Here’s everything you need to know about how we process and ship your order.

Order Processing Times

All orders are processed and shipped from our facility in Liberty Hill, Texas, within 3-5 business days. During high-volume periods such as holidays or sales, processing times may be slightly longer. We always work to ship your order as quickly as possible.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

  • Standard Shipping: Delivered in 3 to 7 business days via USPS, UPS, or FedEx.

  • Expedited Shipping: Available for an additional fee at checkout.

  • Free Shipping: Available on continental U.S. orders over $75 (after discounts, before tax and shipping).

International Shipping

We ship to select countries worldwide via USPS, UPS, DHL, or FedEx International.

  • Delivery typically takes 7 to 21 business days, depending on destination and carrier.

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

  • Customs duties and taxes are not included and are the customer's responsibility.

  • Tracking may be limited in certain countries.

Latika is not responsible for packages held or delayed due to international customs procedures.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your shipment directly through the carrier's website.

Shipping Delays

Occasional delays may occur due to weather conditions, carrier issues, or increased peak season volume. We appreciate your understanding and patience when delays happen outside of our control.

Lost or Missing Packages

If your package shows as “Delivered” but you have not received it:

  • Check all possible delivery locations, including mailbox, porch, garage, or with a neighbor.

  • Allow 1 to 2 business days, as carriers may mark packages as delivered before they arrive.

If your package still cannot be located, please reach out through our Contact Page and we will do our best to assist.

Please note: Latika is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after the carrier confirms delivery.

Incorrect Addresses and Returned Packages

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we are happy to reship it for an additional shipping fee.
